What a stark contrast today was from yesterday! It was dark and miserable and stormy outside today. During the morning we all cleaned up our messy house. Afterwards, we went to the local mall and as a reward they all got an ice cream. Sarah: Rum and Raisin, Hayley: Licorice, Dale: Coconut & Mango, Jenna & Caitlin: Rainbow. It was enjoyed and very messy! Not a clean face to be seen. After that, we went and restocked our cupboards from the Christmas/New Years period. It seems like a few other hundred people decided to do that as well. It was packed!! We made it out eventually a bit worse for wear. A nice hot cuppa coffee fixed me up when I got home and the kids entertained themselves in various ways.
